Dr. Enes Özbay was born in 1992 in Malatya.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Malatya and proceeded with his  high school education at Malatya Anatolian High School.
 He graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Dentistry in 2018.
 After working in various private clinics in Malatya, in 2021, he started working at Elbistan Mef Dental Oral and Dental Health Center.
 He has participated in various dentistry seminars during both his education and professional life, and has proved himself in the fields of aesthetic smile design,
 prosthetic treatments and pediatric dentistry.
 He shows great interest in music, cinema, history and technology.
